Refund Eligibility Criteria
1. Before Government Submission: 80% Refund Eligibility
Clients are eligible for an 80% refund of the service fees paid to E33F Visa Bali if the request for cancellation and refund is made before your visa application documents have been officially submitted to the Indonesian government immigration department or its designated processing agency. This stage typically includes our initial consultation, detailed document checklist provision, assistance with document gathering, preliminary review of your provided information, and internal processing to prepare your file for submission.
The 20% administrative fee retained covers the significant operational costs incurred during the initial phase of our engagement. These costs include, but are not limited to, the time spent by our visa experts on initial consultations, detailed eligibility assessments, personalized communication, administrative overheads associated with opening and managing your case file, expert review of your preliminary documents, and the allocation of resources to commence the preparation of your application. These initial steps represent a substantial investment of our professional time and resources, even if the application has not yet reached the governmental submission stage.
2. After Government Submission: 0% Refund Eligibility
Once your visa application documents have been officially submitted to the Indonesian government immigration department or its designated processing agency, no refunds will be issued. At this point, E33F Visa Bali has fully rendered its primary service of preparing and submitting your application. The fees paid cover the extensive work involved in processing, verifying, and submitting your application, as well as any non-recoverable third-party government or processing fees that may have been paid on your behalf. Irrespective of the outcome of the application (approval, denial, or withdrawal by the applicant), our service delivery related to the submission is considered complete.
Exclusions from Refund
Rejection by Immigration Authorities
Please note that E33F Visa Bali acts as a consultant and facilitator. We do not have the authority to approve or deny visa applications. The final decision rests solely with the Indonesian immigration authorities. Therefore, if your visa application is rejected by the Indonesian immigration department for any reason, including but not limited to, changes in government policy, security concerns, incomplete information provided by the applicant (even if reviewed by us), past immigration violations, or any other grounds determined by the authorities, no refund will be issued. Our service fee covers the professional effort and resources expended in preparing and submitting your application, not the guarantee of approval.
Other Exclusions:
- Applicant Withdrawal After Submission: If a client decides to withdraw their application after it has been submitted to the government, no refund will be issued.
- Provision of False or Incomplete Information: If your application is rejected or delayed due to false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you, or failure to disclose relevant information, no refund will be issued.
- Changes in Personal Circumstances: If your personal circumstances change after submission, leading to a desire to cancel or a rejection, no refund will be issued.
Refund Process Timeline
To request a refund, eligible clients must submit a formal request in writing via email to our designated contact address.
